World-Class Service: After 50+ underways aboard CBC boats we experienced an inevitable engine malfunction. I called the dock phone and Captain Buck immediately got underway to come to our assistance. He rigged a long tow and brought us safely back pier side within the hour. And the best part, once at the dock I handed Buck the keys, and we took our kids to the park. CBC's responsiveness and professionalism made this event stress-free. Thank you!
